Max Dental opened in Madrid's Salamanca district with a clear differentiator: premium treatments delivered by a top-tier team of specialists. The main challenge was building digital authority in a highly competitive market as quickly as possible, while the clinic launched operations and the team focused on attending their first patients — who were arriving solely through word of mouth.
